I´m not building all these kayaks. I´m leading a study circle so there are 8 other guys building. They are beginners in stripbuilding and only two of them are experienced paddlers. I have myself built six strippers, three Kavat, one Panache, one ShootingStar and one Ylva. I think I will set up the strongback at home and build a DiscoBay, inspired from the joy and satisfaction the circleguys shows.
There is a english version on both Björn Thomassons and Hans Friedels sites.
Both are very skilled designers and experienced paddlers so you can thrust them.
I think they will answer any question you have about their designs and even tailor a special for you if you want.
