Hi Bihl

These are only the rib mortises and they go straight in. As to the angles, I'm assuming you are talking about the Deck beams going in at an angle to the apummaqs. That I am having to do with a Forstner bit ( 3/8" ) and just standing the deck beam next to the hole to show the angle, then drill accordingly. I would love to make a jig for those too, but the angles ( multiple ) of the apummaqs are different for each deck beam. Would be a headache to figure out.

Scuuuuse me, Dude, but you forget...... I've seen your boats.... Your work is just fine!! And you've got several and I'm still trying to get some in the water.... ( that I can use ). :) Jigs and Props don't have to be pretty.. just functional. This one isn't any more. I'm tossing it to make another one for my neighbors Ryobi hand-held trim router. That will be a really nice and easy tool to use for the rib mortises. I'm going to have to look up that # and see what router it is, and what it will cost me. He said at Sears it was around $80.00+ but he found it on sale at Home Depot for around $68.00.

You sure you don't want any fudge this year?? :)
