Refried hatches

In theory, yes. They warped becuse the epoxy got soft and there was tension in the wood. Re-heating them would re-soften the epoxy and you might be able to bend them back into the curve and clamp them in a form. There's always memory so you would ideally over bend them a bit. The problem is the wood will burn again and discolor some more.
What Rob suggested is probably safer.
