Chad, if you mean areas where there are scratches or marks counter to the grain that are now filled with epoxy then you wont get them out without sanding below the level of the scratch or mark,,with a seal coat already on me thinks that is more work than it's worth. On every ply kayak I've made there was some little mark somewhere caused by scraping or scratching that became more evident when glassed.
