I built a Chesapeake 17LT from a kit. The build went pretty quickly and I can't say enough about the finished product. It is a great looking boat and they really did an excellent job in the design because it handles as good as it looks in all conditions. I took a look at their double during one of their demo tours and found it to be just as well designed. While I didn't paddle it I'm sure it is a winner. Again, you couldn't go wrong with CLC. Great boat and great people to deal with.
