This may look a bit too exotic to some of you, but I've seen the latest rigged version of the Bélouga from Plasmor. It has a drop-in centerboard that seems to be positioned according to what you say. And no outriggers, as always in Europe!
It's not on their site yet.
They make an iqyax and an arctic design. White fiberglass.
