Why Dacron?
In Response To: Skin-on-Frame: Do you need 9oz Dacron for covering? (Leigh Ross)
Mystic Seaport skin clases use Nylon. In the CT Sea Kayaking club many have used Polyester incl myself. It's less sensative to temp flucations and does shrink with a heat gun for installation.
I'm curious about Dacron. Have you investaged this?
