I use the "Glad" disposable storage containers to mix in. There are some nice 4 oz. round containers for small batches and some flat sandwich containers for bigger batches and using a 4" roller. Find on your grocers shelves.
When the epoxy sets it peels right off.
For the syringes I rinse with vinegar and the epoxy just melts away. I then rinse with water and reuse when dry.
The brushes and the rollers go in the trash with the gloves. Some people have told me that they put the roller in the freezer overnight and reuse the next day for fill coats.
