go to www.download.com and enter the work DRAWING in the search field. I got 346 hits, of which probably 10-15 percent were shareware drawing programs, or limited-time-use versions of commercial software. If the software is for sale they list the price in the search listing.

Also, if you are looking for a drawing program for drawing boats, consider the boat design programs like bearboat.
