I agree that something like the c4 canoe or k4 kayak could possibly be a good choice. I tried to find some pictures of them but it seems they are pretty rare. Quite specialized racing boats. I have include a link to some pictures of a few in the Texas Water Safari. I don't know it it will help...but...there you go.
