1. Compare all of the stich and glue designs and find one that most matches your ability to paddle fast. (you could look at strip designs, but panels are probably easier to make)
2. Buy the design documentation only, it will include all the panel cut out sizes and enough information to:
3. Develop cross sections at about 4 to 6 inch intervals.
4. Make a 2" x 4" beam center beam out of card board, similar to the strip method of building a kayak.
5. Starting at one end, slide each cross section onto the beam.
6. Make using strips of cardboard, make a grid like you would use to pack glasses in box.
7. Tim the grid to match the cross sections and use adheasive/tape to attach to each cross section.
8. When you get to the cockpit, make some of these "sandwiches" that are spce just far enough to allow you to sit.
9. Finally, when the internal skeleton is complete, you should be able to glue on the outer skin.
