It looks like the online dictionaries are mostly "I want to see an iceberg" and "can I pet your dog" but you might find something if you look long enough. I wonder if you might have luck communicating with an actual Inuk. Some of the tribes do have Web sites with e-mail. Try http://www.google.com/advanced_search with keywords Inuit Language Dictionary or Inuit Tribal Council.
