Great idea for a roof rack! Just the ticket for what I've been looking for my Ice Flyer. Found the online metals web site. Is this box aluminium channel that you cut a groove in it or did you use a c-channel? Also, what type of swivel slide did you find? Or did you fabricate one yourself?
