R2K3 Preferred Dates

It is always convenient for participants to stay with the same weekend every year but seeing as you are the organizer and this is run by volunteers IMHO go with the schedule that works best for you.

I have yet to attend in the past. Do you have an agenda of activities from last year? I did not see any on the web site.
