There's delams and there's delams. Is wood comming off and on the glass? If not, the immediate suspect is the epoxy. It may not be hard enough or is your mix accurate? Before you go nuts and start ripping things up. I would give it time to cure. Most epoxy hardens in a day. But that's not it's potential hardness. Sometimes it takes a week or more. You'll know this if you go to sand old cured epoxy. It turns into stone hardness.

I would call up the epoxy manufacturer and tell them your story. You using a brand that I think a lot of people are unfamiliar with. That doesn't mean it's not good just that a lot of us may not have experience with it. If the epoxy was hard, you would be ripping up wood.

By the way, you can rip up glass over cedar pretty esily. The difference is tht usually you peel a layer of wood off with it. I wouldn't be surprised if I could duplicate the same thing you're experiencing if I tried to rip up tape (RAKA epoxy) in two days.

Sound like you did everything right. I believe it's the epoxy - either time needed or.. your mix proportions. It might be slower than you think to gain full hardness.

Is it fairly thin viscosoty - so it penetrates into the wood fibers. If epoxy is too thick, it lays on the surface.

I'd try some experimental epoxy batches on some scrap wood and see what you can find out. See if you can sand it into powder or does it just bead up?
