I applied it full strength with a foam brush. The good foam brush is Poly-Brush by Fen, not the Home Depot cheapos. It went on easily and looks great. I learned a couple of things.

1. Do it outdoors.
2. Don't apply at less than 50 degrees F. At lower temperatures it is too viscous to self level.
3. The best time is early morning when the humidity is high so that it doesn't dry so rapidly that you can't touchup. I could get the whole boat painted (actually half a boat, top half or bottom half) and still go back an touch up where I had started.
