Water based , dries fast, tough, good UV protection. How does it look on your boats? I understand that there are glossy and matte finish? Has anyone tried the non-glossy version? What is the down side to LPU?

I think Jim Kozel and I have had many of the same experiences with the LPU. I
: tried spraying with my HVLP system, but it would dry before leveling. So I
: rolled it on early in the morning with West System Epoxy Rollers and my
: wife followed me with a foam brush. We worked right down and around the
: boat applying finish a section at a time (between stations). By the time
: we reached the opposite stem we could start the process again. But if the
: temperature goes up or the humidity goes down, wait a day. This stuff
: really likes cool temps and high humidity.
