The study-circle about kayakbuilding is working hard. The strongbacks were built in early december and yesterday evening the last hull was lifted from the support and is soon ready for getting the deck.
There are two Najad´s (Björn Thomasson), one Panache (Rob Macks), four Ylva (Hans Friedel) and one S´n´G (hans Friedel).
We have the workshop until early april so the kayaks must be ready for launching until then. Just now there is about 50cm ice on the lake Runn and tomorrow and on sunday there is a lot of activities, iceskating marathon, and much more. I´m going to drag out a couple of kayaks on the ice and wait for the iceage to finish. I´ll post some pictures on monday.
