Interesting. Very nice veneers. What kind of glue are you planning to use to glue the veneer to the plywood panels? I'm thinking about putting raised hatches on my kayak and gluing veneer with contact cement on one, and using epoxy on the other. I guess I'll just have to see how either works before I'll be confident that contact cement is acceptable under the fiberglass/epoxy on a kayak. Doing it on the same boat certainly would be a fair test.
