I am a couple months from starting boat number 2 (Shooting Star). The basement where boat number one was build in has been 'sacraficed' into a finished children's play room. The SS will be built in the garage in, starting after the spring thaw.

I would like to build a nice Jewelry box for my wife in the mean time. Any suggestions on plans or inspirational books. I would like to expand my wood working skills, which are currently limit to those required by boat 1.

Most of the plans on the web seem to be either a simple box with lid (like a cigar box) or inlay/scroll saw work....neither are what Im looking for.

There seem to be many books on box and jewerly box building...can anyone comment/suggest any of these?
