Hi Bill, where are you in QLD? In Brisbane we have a pretty good supplier of WRC called Cedar Sales (novel name). About $35 for an 8 foot 2x4 to make a greenland paddle - give that a try. I haven't worked out yet what it will be to build a whole stripper yet...
