I had a similar situation on my Guillemot. The glass did not fully wet out on the edges of the deck, hull too. The glass was wrinkled. The defects were small enough to scpape/sand off. I just covered them when I taped the joint between hull/deck. I did some fill coats, and the defects are not apparent.
