man, you must be working on the record for treks. hmm, I doubt if you'll find custom duffles that won't cost an arm and leg,,check with Shawn Baker for materials, he's an ace with do it yourself stuff and sewing. I was thinking of fingertightening nuts just because it reduces the dropped tool, cold fingers type of accidents and you could attach a veclroed pouch or little dry box into one of the compartments to hold the takapart specific stuff/spares. I have no idea on the specific stresses or strains takaparts need to be reinforced for but it seems that haveing some kind of little knee,glassed fillet(still thinking of things to do with the extra 2" unidirectional carbon I got, or block of wood next connecting the washer/nut/screw to the side panel makes sense.
