I'm using US Composites fabrics on my Cirrus. I'm using 4 oz, 6 oz,
and the 5.7oz twill carbon fiber. I've had no problems with them,
but I also have nothing to compare them to since this is my first
boat.

For the epoxy I went with MAS slow. I've found that it's REALLY
slow. Not a problem for fiberglass wet out since it's nice to have
time to work with it. But for structural stuff like fillets it's
a little frustrating. 24 hours after putting on fillets I can still
put fingerprints in them. This is in California in the winter - 40ish
at night and 65 to 70 in the day. I think if (when) I do another boat
I'll get some fast hardener too.
