... I would just make sure whatever you use is marine grade. Here's what I did: I picked up a quart of fast epoxy from the local TAP Plastics store and I use a small electric heater to warm it as I mix. It gets tacky within a few minutes as is rock hard the next morning. It wets out fiberglass no problem too. I usually use it on irregularly shaped pieces where the quick tacking helps to keep things in place.
