Check out the picture I posted Feb 26. regarding the Cormorant. I screwed a "form" to the bottom panels to hold them at the correct deadrise. If I remember correctly, it's 1.5". On a scrap of ply, I drew a baseline the width of the bottom panels. At each side, I measured up 1.5" then drew a line from this point to the middle of the baseline. This will give you the deadrise for the bottom panels. Hope this helps.
