: Oh yes, I also had a large fillet between the riser and deck, and a smaller
: fillet between the lip and riser.

: I also did simillar suports as Don mentioned to strengthen the Deck. However
: I simply used two pieces of fiberglass on the under side of the deck,
: which overlapped in the cockpit area. makeing for a double layer from
: shear to shear infront and behinde the cockpit.

: I also hvae two layers of glass on the outside of the recess portion of the
: deck. The top layer is the same layer that went up the side of the riser.

: as for the Lip I think you will be fine, with epoxy coating only, provided
: you use Ash. Like I said, my experince is still limited.
