You could probably cover the entire cockpit of a kayak with a disclaimer. Here's some possibilities for the disclaimer.

  • Do not hold hot beverages between your thighs while kayaking. Although the warmth from the beverage can be comforting, a breach of the container can cause burns that will initiate an immediate wet exit.

  • Kayaks should be kept in an upright position (except when studying marine fauna).

  • The builder of this boat accepts no liability for kayak usage during winter storms on the Flathead lake. Or for that matter, any attempts to get on "Reel TV".
