: I'm curious as to what a good price is for 8' to 16' milled (cove and bead)
: clear Western Red Cedar strips? (cost per lineal foot) Any suggested mill
: places or suppliers? Building location is in midwest - so freight is also
: a concern.

I've got a couple table saws, band saw, various other machines including a table mounted router looking for a project. Where can I get cedar to make strips? I might be interested in going in together with others on a bulk purchase of wood and have a weekend strip making party where each would drive off with their strips. We could also route finger joints/scarf joints on strips to be assembled at home into longer strips if you don't want to haul 17 foot strips accross three states or something. I'm in Cincinnati.
