Hi Brian,

I forgot them on my fist boat as well. I don't know how long the hull has been curing but keep the spreaders in until your ready to mate the hull and deck. If necessary pull the hull in with tape and keep it that way until the mating. If it been a couple weeks it probably won't help to tape it. It's going to be a pain to mate it up but it can be done. Live and learn!
