I built one last year and was very happy with the results. I have not paddled it much due to the weather but the few times I had it in the water it seemed to track very well and was very easy to turn. I am 6'3 185 and had plenty of room to get in and out of the boat. If you are a smaller paddler I would recommend making the cockpit smaller, because I have long legs and can still pull my knees up while in the boat. Email me if you would like more details.
