Strip: glue lines

I have some yellow glue lines showing between some of my cedar strips. Any ideas on how to hide that or does it become less
noticeable with the glass, epoxy, and varnish? I have some pine accents too, with a bit of glue showing - thinking those may
become less noticeable once the pine yellows a bit?
