You are correct, ha. The boat was great for me, just need to move the bulkhead forward about 1 inch, amazing that I could even get in it, I never expected to be able to try it out.
Jean took it out this morning and pronounced it great. She also took my new Aleut Helsinki paddle, at 90" it is still just a tad short, will make another one at about 94 or 96". She is like 135 and 5' 2" so the boat is very light for her also.
Handling, I am not very experienced but feel that the SLT is great at both tracking and turning, course we have only been out in flat water on the lake. I think I could use the boat if I had made room for my legs (length), a big surprise indeed. It is rated for about 140lbs and around 5' 6".
