I put three coats on my Pygmy Arctic Tern 14 and used about 3/4 of a quart on the hull. I did the hatches separately and used a little more. I probably had about 2 ounces left out of the quart. I used a high quality foam "brush."

I suspect you will need about 2 1/2 quarts.
