Tom, what size pop rivets are you using? I picked up a bunch of 1/8" rivets, but they're not tall enough to securely hold the frames in place. I'm thinking of adding an 1/8" Al washer under the head of every rivet to make them stand a little prouder of the tube.

I'm pretty pleased with the way the 'deck plates' came out. They'll be a tad bulkier in the pack, but should add some nice stiffness.

Do you think I should have any concerns WRT hull stiffness without a deck stringer?
