How close are you staying to the lines of the 'glass AA?

As for deck stringers, you're still using two from the masik to the footrest, right? If that's the case, why not extend them all the way to the bow plate and attach them near the chines? Do the same from the back rest to the stern. That should add significant stiffness.

If you do this, you'll need to make some special float bags, but I would think you'd have enough material handy. ;)
