Outside dimensions are exact (or at least off of the diagram on the AKT website). Except for the "masik", which is lower. Keel to bottom of masik is 9".

Well, it would be more significant if those stringers weren't in plane with the gunwale stringers. True, they will add stiffness, but not as much as they would if I made a peaked deck.
