Thanks for the input. By the way, that's a nice looking hull. I'm definately going with a light colored wood next time.

Well, it seems my theory may be right that the problem is that the glass takes so long to absorb the resin that the resin hardens before the glass absorbs it. I think that's why the squeegee method is best, and using a grooved roller will help too as both will push the resin into the fibers.

Let's hope the cloth arrives tomorrow so I can do this over the weekend. I'm setting up a website so I can post some pics.
