Yes, you are quite correct, Jay. Well, now what to do? I should have listened to my little voice. Well, I have decided to buy some 6oz, and use this stuff for the inside of the hull. That's the safest thing to do. I will say that Larry did kinda sell me on the stuff and said it would wet out just like the 6oz, but that it would be slightly harder to apply. All the stuff on the board was pertaining to the fabric being hard to wet out, but I didn't recall anything about it not going clear. If I had, I wouldn't have chanced it. As soon as I get the stuff I have a test strip waiting, and am getting a website today so I can post pics. Watch for it. I will post the appropriate face...

So the board has saved me lots of grief. I'm still going to do tests... especially since I have 30 yards of this stuff. That's okay, because I can use it to make a few surfboards.
