I'd like to be there Rod, looks like a great time. Is there anybody located on the West Coast (U.S. side) that will be travelling North to this event? I live in Bellingham, WA and would like to go with other builders, if possible.

Also the weekend prior to this get together, there's a Symposium on Thetis Island. Does anyone know if this is something that I should look into? Anybody else want to go? I don't have much paddling experience and think that the more classes I take, the better.
