In Response To: Epoxy: Raka 6oz cloth (Rick Sylvia)

My negative experiences with Raka cloth goes back a few years and apparently the 6 oz. is good stuff. I also tried the 3 oz which I had problems with wetting out and air entrapment. It was also a very fine weave.

I certainly don't mean to mislead anyone. If Larry has new types of cloth in and the 6oz is wetting out fine then that's the correct answer.

With the stuff I tried, it was not just opinion: some strands would just not go transparent no matter what you did. After an experience like that you just go in the other direction. I'm glad he answered people's experiences and concerns because he's a good supplier.
