Sounds like someone has a problem and is slightly embellishing it to their fancy. ( we humans are even better at doing that than killing ) The article said that they had these two, and they weren't sure it would work or that the local ( territoial ) Dolphins would let them in the area. ???

What do they call those projects that our upper politicians use to get moneies out of the government?? Rates right up there with studying the mating rituals of the tsi-tsi fly and so on. Usually at a cost of Hundreds of thousands of our tax $$$$'s. Well.... that or check back issues of Globe or Star!!

Not saying that I agree with using critters in warfare, but..... lets talk "proof" and "reality" here...... or just get back to boats... ???
