Your kayak frame is a truss structure with non rigid joints, so its going to sag if not properly supported. But properly supported in this case means leaving it on the floor. It will be fine so long as its not left in a position causing it to bend.
The main problem with leaving a kayak uncovered is psychological. Its bad for you. Cover it and goi paddling.
