Hi Ron
Don't know of any "official "courses in the area. Rod Tait does some classes in Vancouver.
I'm in Kelowna and have a strip boat under way. I'd be happy to get you started on this addictive hobby if you want. Send me an Email.
Or if you like to venture on your own Nicks book is a great starting point.
