My wife is a Gynecologist/Obstetrician. I guess this means she should no longer help me out in the shop, and maybe we should wash our clothes separately too..
But really, I was hoping someone might point out to me whether the chemical in question is presented in my epoxy in such a way to make it bio-available (meaning my body can absorb and and react with it. If the study suggests small amounts of this substance scratched from plastic containers are hazardous, then I really do worry a lot about the 3 gallons in liquid form I have in the basement.
I know, most people here will not worry until these things are proven. One of my uncles worked for decades in the asbestos business. I'd rather be chicken than guinea pig.
If I find anything new, I'll let the board know.
