We may have an opportunity to set up a display of wooden Kayaks at the Great Escape Festival 2003 the weekend of April 26th & 27th. So I'm looking for builders who are interested in showing their boats. I don't have all the particulars yet but the link below will take you to the webpage for the event so you can see what it is all about. I was working with one of the promoters earlier this week, and he he seemed to think that they would be interested in having a few wooden kayaks displayed. He didn't say just how much space he was offering but I told him I would see if I couldn't drum up some interest from local builders. I'll be seeing him again on Saturday to help with the building of a Mountian Bike test trail for the event, and it would be nice to know how much interest there is from local builders.
