In Response To: Write to the author ? (Paul G. Jacobson)

: I believe the author you want can be found lurking on this bbs at times.
: There was a posting recently from Mark Starr (
: mark.starr@mysticseaport.org ) seeking sprayskirts. I hope this is the
: same person.

: PGJ

Same one Paul!

As for ordering his book, just email him or call the Mystic Sea Port Museum directly ( might be a bit tough ( read: expensive ) for Erez ) and talk to the receptionist. They will take your book orders there and the service is quick as well.

Erez, good to hear from you again... You can get plenty of info directly from Mark, just snag his email from one of these posts. Mark has been very informative and a great resource to talk to...

I like a combination of Mark's book and Chris Cummingham's. A little different ideas, but Not Too Different. Chris does a lot of his work with jigs, which is more suited to multiple use. But while a bit tedious for a one time use, they also help accuracy of multiple tasks.

P.S. ( I think you will enjoy this style of building Erez. It's simple and quick. As you are so fond of saying " Build Less -- Paddle More " )
