My Skil plunge router quitely died the other day, I think that it may be repairable. Symptoms include delayed start from the filp of the switch, which gradulally got longer untill the thing would no longer start. however it was running well when it was running, no smoke or odd noises.

I would perfer to fix this if that is possilbe, before running out and buying a new one...

Has anyone had good results getting power tools fixed, or is this going to be more trouble than it's worth...
