I feel that cutting through the plastic kayaks, may disrupt the way they the opperators of the plastic kayaks feel about the beauty of our kayaks, and the effort we put into making our floating works of art.
I think that 1/4" radius is recomended if you are planning to have glass on the outside of the front of the kayak. Also check out the Roman War ships for designs before commiting to any one design.
But I feel we should all just get along.
