Material: How to cut kevlar??

I'm making, or I should say, I'm trying to make some bias strips of kevlar. I know there are special scissors for the fabric but I only have to make a few strips. I tried a razor blade and my fabric cutter wheel. Nothing seems to cut the kevlar. Any ideas??
